Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of inventory analysts to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
- Oversee inventory movement and stock allocation across multiple global warehouses to minimize discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze inventory data and trends to forecast demand and optimize stock levels effectively.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales departments to ensure inventory availability.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconcile physical counts with system records.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend innovative solutions to improve workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within inventory management, warehousing, or logistics.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with global teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
