This critical role ensures seamless inventory control and logistics coordination in our Johor Bahru manufacturing operations. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating material flow, and optimizing warehouse efficiency while adhering to local safety regulations. The position requires physical stamina for material handling and the ability to maintain focus during extended periods of standing or sitting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inventory control systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Coordinate traffic and logistics for material flow within warehouse operations
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with transportation partners
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations including proper material handling
- Optimize inventory processes to improve warehouse efficiency
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to support material requirements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification preferred
- 1-2 years experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift up to 25kg (subject to local regulations)
- Capacity to sit/stand for extended periods (minimum 90-minute intervals)
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles and logistics
