You'll analyze root causes of variances, implement corrective actions, and optimize inventory controls to minimize losses. - Monitor and analyze inventory discrepancies between planned and actual stock levels
- Investigate root causes of inventory variances through data analysis and physical verification
- Prepare detailed variance reports with actionable recommendations for management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Implement and enhance inventory control procedures to minimize losses
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits
- Develop KPIs for inventory accuracy and track improvement trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or variance analysis
- Proficiency in inventory management software and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and manufacturing operations
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
