Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments and materials in designated warehouse locations
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to company standards and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Organize and keep warehouse aisles, shelving units, and storage areas clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers using appropriate equipment and safety procedures
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies, damages, or low inventory items to the supervisor
- Operate warehouse management systems and scanning equipment to track inventory movements
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and finished goods
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational course or relevant certification is a plus
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer operations
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately count and record quantities
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work in San Pedro City, Laguna and adapt to rotating shifts if required
