As an Inventory & Warehouse Executive, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our cutting-edge audiovisual equipment is meticulously tracked, safely stored, and ready for deployment at a moment's notice. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing audiovisual and LED equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic stock counts and digital tracking systems.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with safety and health regulations.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to prepare equipment for project deployments and return processing.
- Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items to management for replenishment.
- Conduct quality inspections on returned goods to ensure all equipment is in working condition.
- Perform periodic stock takes and audit cycles to reconcile physical counts with software data.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment for delivery and collection.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in warehousing, inventory control, or logistics.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel) and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Physical capability to handle equipment loading and warehouse organization tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a dynamic team.
- Possession of a valid forklift driving license is an added advantage.
