This hands-on position requires you to oversee all aspects of stock control, warehouse logistics, and team coordination to ensure operational excellence. You'll implement inventory management systems, conduct regular audits, and maintain accurate records to prevent stock discrepancies while minimizing holding costs. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily inventory operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods
- Implement and maintain stock control systems to ensure inventory accuracy
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage capacity for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate warehouse staff to ensure operational standards are met
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends for decision-making
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams for material planning
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse management experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lead and coordinate warehouse teams effectively
- Knowledge of inventory control methodologies (FIFO, cycle counting)
- Problem-solving skills for operational challenges
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
