- Lead end-to-end management of complex regulatory investigations and incident responses.
- Coordinate with global legal and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with international policy standards.
- Design and implement scalable workflows to streamline the reporting and remediation of critical incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis on systemic issues to prevent future regulatory exposure.
- Drive cross-functional projects that enhance Google's security, privacy, and compliance posture.
- Prepare executive-level briefings and reports regarding high-impact incident trends.
- Advise on policy adjustments based on insights gained from internal and external investigations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or JD preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in incident management, risk, compliance, or regulatory investigation.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leadership across multiple departments.
- Proficiency in regulatory frameworks relevant to the technology sector (e.g., GDPR, APAC cybersecurity regulations).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate sensitive information with discretion and professional judgment.
