Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial investigations to detect and prevent fraud, misappropriation, and other irregularities.
- Collaborate with Facilities and Security teams to design and enhance security strategies and operational protocols.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover complex patterns, anomalies, and trends indicative of potential risks.
- Prepare detailed investigation reports, including evidence documentation and recommendations for remediation.
- Manage multiple investigation cases simultaneously, ensuring timely and thorough resolution.
- Partner with legal, compliance, and external agencies as necessary to support investigations.
- Develop and deliver training materials to raise awareness of investigative processes and fraud prevention.
- Continuously improve investigative methodologies and tools to adapt to evolving threats.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
- 5+ years of experience in forensic accounting, internal audit, financial investigations, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and identify key issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting findings to senior leadership.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, or similar).
- Knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
