Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential investment opportunities across various sectors.
- Perform deep-dive fundamental research and market analysis to identify emerging trends and high-conviction deal flow in the Asian region.
- Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee and senior principals.
- Lead the due diligence process, coordinating with legal, tax, and technical advisors to mitigate investment risks.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of existing portfolio companies, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations.
- Assist in the execution of transactions, including the review of legal documentation and deal structuring.
- Maintain and expand relationships with external partners, including investment banks, brokers, and industry experts.
Kualifikasi
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier university.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Asset Management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling (DCF, LBO, Multiples) and Bloomberg Terminal.
- Strong understanding of Asian capital markets and the regional regulatory environment.
- Progress towards or completion of the CFA charter is highly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a lean, high-performing team structure.
