Join PERSOL as an Investment Analyst in our dynamic Portfolio Management division. We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic professional to support the family office in identifying, evaluating, and executing high-quality investment opportunities. This is a pivotal role where you will drive capital deployment and directly shape investment decisions across a diverse range of asset classes, including public equities, private equity, real estate, and alternative investments.
You will play a crucial role throughout the entire investment lifecycle, from initial market research and deal screening to conducting in-depth financial analysis and presenting compelling investment recommendations to the investment committee. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research and investment analysis to identify viable opportunities across multiple asset classes.
- Prepare and present detailed investment memos and recommendation reports to the investment committee.
- Perform rigorous financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence on potential investment targets.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing portfolio companies and assets to ensure optimal returns.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the family office's investment strategy and asset allocation models.
- Manage relationships with external advisors, brokers, and other service providers.
- Track macroeconomic trends and regulatory changes affecting the investment landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investment analysis, portfolio management, or private equity.
- Proven track record in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of asset allocation strategies and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Bloomberg, Excel, and PowerPoint.
