PT Bumibaru Indonesia Jaya is at the forefront of sustainable development and ecosystem restoration. We are seeking a highly motivated Investment & Capital Partnerships Manager to join our team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our capital strategy, bridging the gap between high-impact restoration projects and institutional investors. You will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing complex land-based investment deals, ensuring that our projects are financially viable while meeting our ESG objectives.
This position requires a strategic mindset, a strong network within the financial services sector, and a deep understanding of capital markets in Indonesia. You will translate complex ecological project data into compelling financial products that attract private equity, impact investors, and development finance institutions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive capital-raising strategy to support large-scale restoration projects.
- Identify and nurture relationships with institutional investors, venture capital firms, and private equity stakeholders.
- Structure complex land-use deals, including joint ventures, long-term lease agreements, and impact-focused equity structures.
- Package and present investment opportunities, including high-quality pitch decks and financial modeling.
- Coordinate with legal and tax advisors to ensure compliance and tax-efficient deal structuring.
- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring terms align with corporate sustainability goals.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of existing partnerships and restoration assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CFA charterholder preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
- Proven track record in structuring land deals, real estate, or natural resource-based investments.
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and capital structure analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage C-suite and high-net-worth investor relationships.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian regulatory environment regarding land rights and environmental investments.
