- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with company objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and approach potential investors and funding opportunities
- Lead negotiations with investors to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors
- Prepare compelling investment proposals and financial models for potential investors
- Monitor fundraising progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets
- Collaborate closely with the Founder to ensure fundraising efforts align with company vision
- Track investment performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment management or fundraising
- Proven track record of successfully securing funding for businesses
- Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate investment opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience building and maintaining investor relationships
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial markets and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
