This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting global trade settlements and streamlining investment workflows within a fast-paced consulting environment.
As an Investment Operational Associate, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence. You will ensure that every transaction is processed with precision, adhering to international regulatory standards while optimizing our internal reporting processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee end-to-end international trade settlements to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Monitor daily investment transactions and reconcile discrepancies between internal records and external statements.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and financial summaries for senior management stakeholders.
- Coordinate with international banking partners and custodians to resolve settlement-related inquiries.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and global regulatory frameworks governing investment activities.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of operational workflows to increase efficiency and reduce processing risks.
- Document standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for core investment and settlement activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in investment operations, treasury, or trade settlement roles.
- Strong understanding of global financial markets and international trade settlement processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of data integrity.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced market.
