Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle, from order placement to settlement and reconciliation
- Monitor and resolve trade breaks and discrepancies in investment portfolios
- Perform daily reconciliations between custodians and internal accounting systems
- Support private market investments including private equity, venture capital, and infrastructure funds
- Prepare and review investment accounting entries and financial reports
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, brokers, and custodians to resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in investment operations, trade processing, or reconciliations
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trade execution
- Proficiency in reconciliation tools and investment accounting systems
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Professional certifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or CFA are advantageous
