- Develop and maintain strong, proactive relationships with existing and potential investors.
- Create compelling presentations, financial reports, and newsletters to communicate company performance and strategic initiatives.
- Organize and execute investor events, roadshows, and property site visits to deliver exceptional investor experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, marketing, operations) to ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant messaging.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide actionable insights to management.
- Manage investor inquiries promptly, providing transparent, accurate, and timely information.
- Assist in the development of financial models and valuation analyses to support investor communication.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, or Financial Analysis, preferably within the property, hospitality, or finance sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with a highly customer-centric and professional approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Willingness to be based in Badung, Bali, and travel as required for investor meetings.
