Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive investor communication materials, including quarterly reports, press releases, and presentation decks.
- Coordinate and facilitate investor meetings, roadshows, and annual general meetings to articulate company strategy.
- Analyze financial market trends and provide actionable insights to executive leadership regarding investor sentiment.
- Maintain an updated database of institutional investors and analysts to ensure effective outreach.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory disclosure requirements and corporate governance standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure consistency between internal financial performance and external messaging.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from shareholders, analysts, and other financial stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CFA is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Equity Research.
- In-depth understanding of financial statements, valuation models, and capital market operations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint for report generation.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
