Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is currently seeking a motivated IOR/EOR Pricing & Vendor Executive to join our team in the heart of Raffles Place. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our Importer of Record (IOR) and Exporter of Record (EOR) operations, ensuring seamless cross-border trade compliance and cost-effective pricing strategies.
As part of a leading global logistics service provider, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our network of vendors while optimizing pricing frameworks to drive organizational growth. We are looking for an analytical mind who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a solid understanding of international trade regulations and supply chain dynamics.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end IOR/EOR documentation to ensure strict compliance with international customs regulations.
- Develop and maintain competitive pricing models for import/export services to enhance profitability.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to negotiate service agreements and manage service level performance.
- Monitor global trade trends and regulatory updates, providing actionable insights to the management team.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, vendor performance assessments, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Resolve logistical discrepancies and customs issues proactively to prevent supply chain bottlenecks.
- Oversee vendor onboarding processes and ensure adherence to company compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trade compliance.
- Strong understanding of IOR/EOR processes and international trade terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with global vendors.
- Highly organized, analytical, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive team player with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
