Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain IoT devices and communication networks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues in IoT systems
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and test IoT solutions
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate system records
- Ensure security compliance and data protection for IoT infrastructure
- Provide technical support to stakeholders and resolve operational escalations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience with IoT devices and protocols (MQTT, CoAP, Zigbee)
- Proficiency in network diagnostics and system troubleshooting
- Familiarity with embedded systems and microcontrollers
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub)
