Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert legal advice on intellectual property matters including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets
- Conduct comprehensive IP searches and due diligence for clients across various industries
- Prepare, review, and file IP registration applications with relevant authorities
- Represent clients in IP disputes, negotiations, and settlement discussions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and exceptional service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated legal solutions
- Stay current with evolving IP laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Assist in the development of IP strategies aligned with client business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution
- Qualified to practice law in Malaysia with relevant bar admission
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in intellectual property law or commercial law
- Strong understanding of Malaysian and international IP regulations and frameworks
- Excellent analytical, research, and documentation skills
- Professional communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to manage multiple client matters and meet strict deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
