Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end trademark prosecution applications from filing to registration
- Maintain and update IP rights data across global IP management systems
- Conduct comprehensive research to validate IP data accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with legal teams and clients for IP-related inquiries and documentation
- Monitor and enforce deadlines for IP renewals and prosecution milestones
- Generate reports on IP portfolio status and maintenance activities
- Ensure adherence to international IP laws and regulatory standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, IP, Business, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in IP data analysis or trademark prosecution
- Proficiency in IP management systems (e.g., CTM, Madrid, TMview)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to data precision
- Excellent written communication for legal documentation
- Knowledge of international IP frameworks and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
