In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting critical network operations, ensuring seamless OLT integration, and leading fiber deployment initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, configure, and maintain robust IP network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Manage the integration and configuration of Optical Line Terminals (OLT) within the network environment.
- Supervise and execute fiber optic deployment activities on-site, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Provide comprehensive IT support to internal systems and corporate clients to resolve technical issues.
- Handle the end-to-end activation of corporate accounts and network provisioning tasks.
- Monitor network traffic and performance to identify potential bottlenecks or security risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade network hardware and software components.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Proven experience in IP networking, routing, and switching technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Fiber to the Home (FTTH) and Fiber Network Operations (FNO).
- Familiarity with OLT equipment and configuration management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity and hardware failures.
- Ability to work in a field environment during fiber deployment projects.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to IT support.
