Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze production yield data to identify root causes of quality deviations
- Conduct in-process quality inspections and testing at critical control points
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality management systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and inspection reports
- Investigate customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions
- Train production staff on quality standards and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in quality control or manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation abilities
- Proficiency in quality control tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D methodology)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and industry-specific standards
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
