Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily in-process quality inspections to ensure full compliance with product specifications.
- Analyze product defects and identify root causes to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and maintain accurate quality control logs and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to resolve manufacturing issues directly on the shop floor.
- Perform calibration and verification of testing equipment and measuring gauges to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor quality trends and suggest process improvements to enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.
- Train production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IPQC or Quality Engineering within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards, preferably ISO 9001.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and SPC charts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate between cross-functional teams and management.
