Spritzer, Malaysia's leading bottled water company, is seeking a dedicated IPQC (Lab Analyst) to join our quality control team in Shah Alam. In this critical role, you will be the first line of defense in ensuring that all raw and incoming materials meet our rigorous safety and quality standards before they enter the production line.
As an IPQC Lab Analyst, you will work in a fast-paced environment, performing essential laboratory tests and inspections. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspection of all incoming raw materials according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine laboratory testing, including chemical and physical analysis, to verify material quality.
- Ensure all laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained in proper working order.
- Document all test results accurately into the quality management system and maintain detailed inspection logs.
- Monitor and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations throughout the intake process.
- Identify, report, and quarantine any materials that deviate from quality specifications.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely material clearance and flow.
- Assist in the preparation of quality audit reports and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Science, Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a laboratory or quality control environment (Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic laboratory testing techniques and usage of analytical equipment.
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards (HACCP/ISO) is a significant advantage.
- Good communication skills in both Malay and English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be willing to work in Shah Alam, Selangor.
