Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of IPQC inspectors to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform real-time monitoring of production lines to identify and rectify quality deviations immediately.
- Conduct regular audits of the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage the documentation of quality reports, non-conformity records, and corrective action plans (CAPA).
- Collaborate with production and engineering departments to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
- Oversee the calibration and maintenance of inspection tools and testing equipment.
- Provide training to production staff on quality awareness and inspection techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) or manufacturing quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of QC tools, statistical process control (SPC), and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality manuals.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage team performance and conflict.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality data reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on shifts if required by production scheduling.
