Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect incoming raw materials and components for compliance with quality specifications
- Perform dimensional, functional, and visual inspections using precision measurement tools
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment to ensure accuracy
- Support ISO 9001 and other quality system compliance initiatives
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance quality processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of quality control experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and inspection gauges
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality documentation systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
