Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain infrared (IR) systems and building automation equipment
- Diagnose complex system malfunctions using diagnostic tools and software
- Perform preventive maintenance to optimize system performance and energy efficiency
- Provide technical training and support to building operators and facility managers
- Document service activities, prepare detailed reports, and maintain client records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and retrofits
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IR systems or building automation technology
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, security, and control systems integration
- Certification in Johnson Controls products or similar building automation systems
- Proficiency in diagnostic software and building management platforms
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel across Jakarta Raya
