Tanggung Jawab
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
- Develop and implement Shariah-compliant financial plans, including investments, takaful (Islamic insurance), and wealth management solutions.
- Educate clients on various Islamic financial products and services, ensuring full transparency and understanding.
- Actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and strategic use of social media platforms.
- Monitor market trends and client portfolios to provide timely and relevant financial advice.
- Prepare and present clear, comprehensive financial reports and proposals to clients.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Shariah principles, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay updated on Islamic finance industry developments.
Kualifikasi
- Proven interest in business, finance, and wealth management.
- Strong self-discipline and the ability to work independently with high motivation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Active presence and proficiency in using social media for professional networking and client engagement.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical conduct in line with Islamic principles.
- Prior experience in sales, consulting, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Possession of relevant financial licenses or willingness to obtain them (e.g., FIMM, CMSRL) is a plus.
