Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate Islamic curriculum and lesson plans
- Teach Quran recitation, basic Islamic studies, and Arabic language skills
- Create engaging activities promoting creativity, social skills, and moral development
- Monitor children's progress and maintain detailed academic/behavioral records
- Collaborate with parents to support children's spiritual and educational growth
- Organize Islamic-themed events and cultural celebrations
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Islamic Studies
- Certification in Montessori or kindergarten teaching preferred
- Strong command of Quran recitation and basic Islamic teachings
- Experience working with preschool-aged children (3-6 years)
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English
- Patient, nurturing, and culturally sensitive teaching approach
- First Aid and CPR certification required
