Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis for clients to understand their long-term objectives.
- Provide expert advice on Islamic wealth management solutions, including Takaful, Hibah, and Wasiat.
- Develop and implement personalized Shariah-compliant financial strategies for individual and family clients.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to provide ongoing financial monitoring and support.
- Actively prospect and network to grow your client portfolio within the region.
- Stay updated with the latest regulations, financial products, and market trends within the Islamic finance industry.
- Ensure all financial planning activities comply with statutory regulations and internal code of ethics.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a client-centric mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while meeting performance-driven targets.
- Previous experience in financial services, insurance, or sales is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to continuous learning and professional development.
