Are you a detail-oriented professional passionate about quality management systems? Titan Force is currently seeking a dedicated ISO Executive to join our growing team in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining our operational excellence, ensuring strict adherence to international standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across our manufacturing and logistics divisions.
As an ISO Executive, you will be the backbone of our quality assurance processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, manage documentation, and prepare for internal and external audits. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure operational compliance across all departments.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for external certification audits.
- Analyze process data to identify non-conformities and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with department heads to conduct staff training on ISO requirements and quality awareness.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and process efficiency.
- Participate in management review meetings and propose strategic improvements to existing systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in ISO coordination or quality control within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001 standards (additional ISO standards knowledge is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create comprehensive reports.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel for data tracking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization.
- Highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
