In this critical role, you will ensure our organizational processes align with international quality standards, driving efficiency and compliance across the company.
As an ISO Internal Quality Auditor, you will take ownership of assessing our quality management systems. You will conduct thorough internal audits, review documentation for accuracy, and work closely with various departments to identify potential risks and non-conformities. Your insights will be vital in implementing corrective actions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive internal quality audits in strict accordance with ISO 9001 standards and internal policies.
- Review and evaluate quality management system documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Interview department managers and staff to gain insights into operational processes and identify gaps.
- Document audit findings, including non-conformities and opportunities for improvement, in detailed reports.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Participate in management review meetings to discuss audit results and quality performance.
- Advise management on best practices for maintaining and enhancing quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Certification as an Internal ISO Auditor (e.g., IRCA, RABQSA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control, auditing, or a related quality assurance role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and audit management software.
