Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, perform, and report internal audits in accordance with ISO standards and organizational procedures.
- Identify, document, and track non-conformances and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain and update quality management system (QMS) documentation and records to ensure audit readiness.
- Conduct regular process reviews to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports for management review, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes across all departments.
- Provide training and guidance to employees regarding quality policies, standards, and compliance procedures.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of external third-party surveillance and certification audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an Internal Quality Auditor or in a similar Quality Assurance role.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001:2015).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of objectivity and integrity.
- Relevant audit certification (e.g., Lead Auditor training) is a significant advantage.
