We are currently seeking a detail-oriented ISO Officer to support our team in Bentong District, Pahang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the oversight and continuous improvement of our Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS). You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with international standards, managing internal audits, and facilitating sustainability data collection for disclosure reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in strict accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the documentation lifecycle, including the creation, updating, and archiving of ISO-related records.
- Collect, verify, and analyze sustainability data to support internal and external reporting needs.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports to senior management and external certification bodies.
- Stay abreast of changes in ISO standards and industry regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ISO-related role, preferably within the manufacturing or transport & logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and audit management software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
