Macquarie Group is looking for a dedicated Issues and Incidents Senior Associate/Associate Manager to join our Banking and Financial Services team in Indonesia. In this high-impact role, you will be at the forefront of identifying, investigating, and mitigating operational issues and incidents that impact our core banking services.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguarding our reputation. By bridging the gap between technical teams and senior management, you will lead complex investigations and drive remediation efforts to completion. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead end-to-end investigation of operational incidents and issues within the Banking and Financial Services division.
  • Identify root causes, perform impact assessments, and define effective remediation plans.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency during high-pressure situations.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and incident summaries for senior management and risk committees.
  • Monitor and track the lifecycle of issues to ensure timely resolution and adherence to risk appetite.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements to prevent the recurrence of incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and internal global risk standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operational risk, incident management, or audit within the financial services sector.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to digest complex information and produce actionable insights.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with experience communicating across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority investigations simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools and internal tracking systems.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with our global teams.
