Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients in the IT sector across Badung region
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets
- Present and demonstrate IT solutions aligned with client business objectives
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution implementation excellence
- Conduct market research to identify emerging IT trends and opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience with IT solutions focus
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, SaaS, and digital transformation
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid Indonesian work permit (if applicable)
