Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with key IT accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell IT solutions to existing clients
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized IT solutions and resolve complex client issues
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and regular performance reports to stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure seamless service delivery and project execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in IT account management or client-facing sales roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and service delivery models
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and account management tools
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
