Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure including servers, workstations, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues across departments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct regular vulnerability assessments
- Oversee system backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Deploy and configure new IT systems while optimizing existing infrastructure
- Document IT processes, configurations, and maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in system administration and network management
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of network security principles and compliance standards
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure, etc.)
