Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily IT operations and ensure seamless functionality of all venues across Singapore.
- Design, implement, and maintain AI-driven automation solutions to streamline business processes and reduce manual workload.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues within the F&B environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and optimize operational workflows.
- Monitor system performance and security to protect sensitive business data and guest information.
- Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in IT operations, system administration, or a similar technical role.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, RPA tools), and scripting languages (Python/Java).
- Strong understanding of networking, database management, and cloud computing fundamentals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
