Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain SAP system landscapes (DEV/QAS/PRD) to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical support to internal/external business partners for SAP-related issues
- Implement system patches, upgrades, and corrections while minimizing downtime
- Monitor system health, resolve performance bottlenecks, and ensure high availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on SAP solution delivery and integration
- Document system configurations, procedures, and change management activities
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and access control policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, HANA, and system landscapes
- Experience with OS-level administration (Windows/Linux/Unix)
- Proficiency in SAP monitoring tools (Solution Manager, CCMS)
- Certification in SAP Basis (preferred but not required)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
