Mewah Group, a leading name in the industry, is currently seeking highly motivated IT Analysts to join our expanding team. We have two key openings: one based in Pulau Indah, Klang, and another in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
As an IT Analyst, you will act as a critical bridge between business operations and technical solutions. You will work within a fast-paced environment where your technical expertise will help streamline processes, support infrastructure stability, and contribute to the digital transformation of our manufacturing and logistics operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first and second-level technical support for end-users across manufacturing and administrative functions.
- Monitor and maintain local IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and communication systems to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Coordinate with regional IT teams to deploy and upgrade enterprise software applications (ERP, CRM, and internal tools).
- Conduct regular system audits and implement security patches to protect company data assets.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend technical improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and user manuals for standardization across the group.
- Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements (SLAs) for local IT hardware and software procurement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or technical analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/VPN).
- Experience with ERP systems or manufacturing software is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high service standards.
- Willingness to be based at either Pulau Indah (Klang) or Pasir Gudang (Johor).
