Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users for software and application-related issues.
  • Monitor and manage the IT service desk ticketing system, ensuring prompt resolution within SLA guidelines.
  • Execute and monitor daily batch processes to ensure business continuity.
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting tools to support operational decision-making.
  • Manage system user access rights, ensuring security protocols and compliance standards are met.
  • Perform system health checks and basic maintenance tasks to minimize application downtime.
  • Document technical procedures and update internal knowledge base articles.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in an IT Helpdesk or Application Support role is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of database management and SQL scripting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel for report automation.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
