Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of Savills' Finance System applications.
- Manage vendor relationships and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for finance software providers.
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, migrations, and performance tuning.
- Analyze business processes and recommend technical improvements to optimize financial operations.
- Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations) to identify and prioritize system requirements.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and training to junior IT staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT Application Management, specifically within the Finance or Accounting domain.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful system implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
