Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across enterprise applications
- Collaborate with development teams to implement system patches and upgrades
- Provide tier-2 technical support and guidance to end-users
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports
- Participate in system testing and deployment activities
- Recommend system improvements based on performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in application support/system administration
- Proficiency in Windows Server and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management
- Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds)
