Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve IT incidents and service requests related to business applications efficiently.
- Write, optimize, and debug complex SQL scripts for data extraction, reporting, and system automation.
- Perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot and fix application errors and system failures.
- Analyze data trends and system performance metrics to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes, patches, and system improvements.
- Ensure high availability and performance of supported applications.
- Document technical procedures and incident resolutions for knowledge sharing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (e.g., T-SQL, PL/SQL) and experience with database management systems.
- Proven experience in application support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
