Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first and second-level technical support for mobile applications and branch teller web platforms
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects, performance issues, and user-reported problems
- Document incident reports, solution procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes
- Monitor system health, conduct regular maintenance, and proactively address potential issues
- Train end-users on application features and troubleshooting methodologies
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices in fintech support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in application support, preferably in banking or fintech
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and web-based systems
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools, ticketing systems, and ITIL processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize complex issues
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are advantageous
