Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first and second-level technical support for internal applications with a heavy emphasis on SAP modules.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application-related incidents to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve complex technical bugs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, user manuals, and support tickets.
- Assist in the deployment of system updates, patches, and new feature rollouts.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security standards.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on application usage and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT application support or helpdesk environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (ERP) system support or maintenance is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in incident management tools and general office software suites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced MNC environment.
