Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP modules and other enterprise applications.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of application systems.
- Manage user access rights and perform regular system audits.
- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement software patches and updates.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of database concepts and IT infrastructure.
