This critical role focuses on optimizing our ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure seamless IT operations and regulatory compliance. You'll drive asset reconciliation initiatives, maintain Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) compliance frameworks, and deliver audit-ready data accuracy that protects our organization's assets and mitigates financial risks.
As a key player in our IT governance team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify and resolve asset discrepancies, implement lifecycle management best practices, and generate actionable insights from asset data. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform ServiceNow CMDB cleanup, enrichment, and validation to maintain data integrity
- Execute asset reconciliation processes between physical inventory and CMDB records
- Ensure compliance with HAM/SAM standards (e.g., ISO 19770) and internal policies
- Prepare audit-ready documentation and support internal/external compliance reviews
- Develop and maintain asset reports for financial, procurement, and IT governance stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT operations teams to resolve asset lifecycle discrepancies
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for asset management processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Asset Management or IT operations
- Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB and asset management tools (e.g., Snow, FlexNet)
- Certifications in HAM/SAM (ITAM, CSM, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience preparing for and supporting IT audits (SOX, ISO, internal)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
