Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets including hardware, software, and licenses
- Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate asset inventory records
- Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures
- Coordinate with procurement teams for asset acquisition and disposal
- Analyze asset utilization data to optimize resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and vendor contracts
- Generate regular reports on asset performance and metrics
- Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve asset-related issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset management
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software asset management principles
- Experience with asset management software and inventory tracking systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in IT asset management (ITAM) is a plus
